About Jesse Arms |
My career in construction began full time in the fall of 1980 even though I spent a few summers working in the industry as a laborer.I did what most young men do and followed in my fathers foot steps as an apprentice in the sheet metal industry. After a few years of schooling and job site training I decided to further my career by taking mechanical tech classes at night which launched a 16 year career in the mechanical trade. I worked on everything from houses to nuclear power plants performing all phases of the trade up to general superintendent.
I relocated to central Florida in 1994 and was employed by a mechanical firm as their project foreman on the Disney properties. In 1997 Disney recruited me as one of the field reps to oversee the construction of Animal Kingdom which educated me even more on all the various trade practices. My expanded knowledge led me to a position with a general contractor as a project superintendent in charge of many renovation and new construction projects. My abilities earned me a solid reputation and Eagle awards given to those for excellance in construction.
With encouragement from family, friends, and co-workers alike, I decided to start my own business utilizing the practices that afforded me success in my past career. |
